Don’t EVER use this towing company. First off they want the money up front. They took the money from my account at 11am I called at 1045am they said they would be here in 30 to 45 minutes. It is now 229pm and still no show. I called they said they are down the street from where I am and will have the driver give me a call that was 20 minutes ago. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
I will never call these people ever again. They lied and said that I agreed on some extra charges and I asked to hear the recored phone call of me agreeing to the non sense but they some how dont have access to it. And also, they had a very bad attitude talking to me crazy lying that ignored there phone calls 15 times while I was on the phone with my insurance company trying to get these squared away while they only called twice according to my call log.Lying Crooks.

Site says 24 hour service but they didn't answer when I called. Granted, it was 3am but when you're 24 hour then that shouldn't matter. When I did contact them (prior to this) they seemed quite helpful though. I am open to changing the rating if I end up contacting them again in the next week for the service I need and they're able to assist.

Then I called golden wheel and in about 5 minutes they put me in contact with the driver Oracio who was extremely professional and quick about both picking up the vehicle and dropping it off. All at 1am on a Saturday night. Outstanding service 10/10.

Oracio arrived quickly and worked efficiently to get me off of the side of the highway. He was kind and friendly which isn't part of the job but appreciated.
